ISM is the international sweet fair. It's where buyers come to see what's new in all things chocolate & confectionary!

As suppliers, we get to bring all our innovation to show others & compare notes. 

It's also a place to meet other suppliers in the same industry, get to catch up and see what we can do altogether to make the industry a better place.

What Did Brodericks Get Up To?

Bernard shmoozed as Barry did some real work. You'll understand what we mean by that if you check out our Instagram or TikTok.

The stand was amazing. Set up to showcase our products excellently, but more importantly, our story.

We made new friends.. And, caught up with old friends!

Why Go To ISM?

Largely for the benefits of showing off innovation & thought to others in the industry and to buyers. It's a great place to sell yourself to who you want to be connected with.

In recent times, it's been really beneficial being there due to economic challenges like the rising prices of chocolate and general inflation. 

Together, whether it be the Irish crew under the Bord Bia banner, or further afield, we can look to improve upon challenges and bring about better results for everyone in the market.
